Europeans Dripp ships internationally with full order tracking and transparency at every stage of your purchase. Below you will find all information regarding processing times, estimated delivery, costs, and delivery conditions.
1) Order processing time
- Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
- In case of stock unavailability, our team will contact the customer to offer either a product exchange or a full refund.
2) Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistical factors, customs procedures, or high-demand periods.

Up to 20 business days
⚠️ In exceptional cases (delays, strikes, postal high-demand periods), delivery times may be slightly extended beyond these estimates.
3) Shipping origins
All products are shipped directly from our suppliers located in:
- United States
- Europe
- Asia
4) Order tracking
- All orders include a tracking number.
- The tracking code is sent to the customer’s registered email within 4 business days of dispatch.
- Tracking information may take 1 to 5 business days to appear in the system after dispatch.
- Customers can track their shipment in real time from dispatch to delivery.
5) Delivery issues
I didn’t receive all my products
Orders with more than one item may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking code. If you receive a package with missing items, the remaining products are on their way in a separate shipment already in transit.
⚠️ We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6) Delivery guarantee
- We guarantee the delivery of every order.
- If your order does not arrive within 30 business days after shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.
