What is the delivery time?

Our average delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after shipment. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. In exceptional cases such as high-demand periods or customs delays, delivery may take up to 20 business days.
What is the product origin?

All our products are premium 1:1 quality of international origin. Depending on the item, they may be shipped from suppliers in Asia, Europe, or the United States.
Do you provide a tracking code?

Yes. After dispatch, you will receive an international tracking code within 1 to 4 business days. Once the product passes through import and inspection, a national tracking code is also sent. Both codes are delivered to your email so you can track your order at every stage.
How do I choose the right size?

Can I order multiple products?

Yes, you can order as many items as you like. In some cases, products may arrive in separate shipments due to different supplier origins. Each package has its own tracking code and the overall delivery timeframe remains the same.
