If your order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded according to our refund policy.

7) Payments
We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal — processed under PayPal’s own terms and privacy policy.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Payment is captured at the time of purchase.
8) Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally with tracking. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, or peak seasons.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Europe: typically 12–18 business days (Portugal and United Kingdom: 14–22 business days).
- North America (Canada / USA / Mexico): 15–30 days.
- South America (Argentina): 15–30 days.
- Asia (Turkey / Saudi Arabia / Qatar / UAE): 12–18 days.
Shipping costs: Free shipping for most destinations. A €10 fee applies for selected destinations including Iceland, Albania, Austria, Finland, Poland, Romania, Malta, Faroe Islands, Slovenia, Serbia, Estonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Asia destinations listed above.
Non-serviceable destinations: We do not ship to Russia, Vatican City, or Kosovo.
Customs & duties: If customs fees are requested, EuropeansDrip will cover these charges. Please contact support immediately if you receive a customs payment request.
A tracking number is provided for every order.
9) Cancellations
You may cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is treated as a return once delivered.
10) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in resellable condition, with original tags and packaging. EuropeansDrip covers return shipping for eligible returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
If you receive a defective product, send photos to our support email. You may choose:
- Replacement: dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation, plus standard delivery time.
- Refund: processed within 24 hours after the refund request is approved.
11) Links to Third-Party Sites
Our website may contain links to other websites which, in our opinion, may contain useful information for our visitors. Our privacy policy does not apply to third-party websites, so if you visit another website from ours, you should read its own privacy policy.
We are not responsible for the privacy policy or content present on those websites.

All Site content including text, logos, design elements, and media is owned by or licensed to EuropeansDrip© and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without written permission, except where allowed by law.
13) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EuropeansDrip is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or delays outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processes, or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
