This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Europeans Dripp. It is designed to be clear, transparent, and fair to all customers.

1) Warranty & eligibility

All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We facilitate exchanges and refunds for products that are defective or differ from what was ordered.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and unaltered.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Returns or exchanges will not be processed for products that are damaged, used, washed, or altered.

2) Return window

Customers have up to 7 days after receiving their order to request an exchange or refund. Please contact us by email with your full name and order number within this period.

3) How to start a return

To open a return or refund request, email us at info@europeansdripp.com with:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue (at least 5 photos from different angles, including tags and packaging).
  • A brief description of the problem.

Our quality control team will review your case and respond within 3 business days.

4) Resolution options

If your return is approved, you may choose from the following options:

  • A full refund of the amount paid.
  • A replacement of the exact same product.
  • A product of equivalent value.

5) Return shipping costs

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. As we already provide free shipping on the initial delivery — an expense that typically costs between €20–40 — no return labels are issued by our company.

Depending on the product and its origin, returns must be sent to one of our warehouses in Europe or Asia. Our support team will provide the correct return address after your request is reviewed.

6) Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the amount may take 3 to 30 business days to appear in your account, in accordance with international banking policies.

7) Change of mind / wrong size

If you purchased a product and changed your mind, or selected the wrong size, an exchange may still be possible. In this case, all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us to check availability and receive instructions.

8) Non-returnable situations

Returns may be refused if:

  • The item has been used, washed, or altered.
  • Original tags or packaging are missing or incomplete.
  • The return request is made after 7 days from delivery.
  • The required photos or information were not provided.

9) Policy updates

This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice to ensure legal compliance and continuous service improvement.
